Self love, also known as self-care or what I like to refer to as “self-preservation”, is one of the absolute best ways to care for yourself. It is not selfish by any means. In fact, self love is necessary. I challenge you to focus on loving yourself a little more this month to see how it helps improve stress, reduce feelings of anxiety and make you feel more productive and efficient throughout your day.
