Offering IntimaLase Laser Treatments
While laser treatment for the vagina may sound quite uncomfortable, it’s actually a simple process. In fact, it’s not much different than the routine pap test. During treatment, a special attachment, similar to a speculum, is inserted and sends non-ablative laser pulses to the surrounding tissue. The heat produced from this causes the stimulation of new collagen resulting in a younger, tighter feel.
The entire procedure will take roughly 15-30 minutes and most women don’t need treatment beyond this. There is no downtime, so patients are able to return to their normal routine immediately after. Most see improvements continue up to four weeks after the procedure is complete.
